For when cosmetic finish is critical

Many of our products are required to have visual impact, particularly those on aircraft galleys, armrests and tray tables – and therefore they have to look great.

For products where the cosmetic finish is critical, particularly where light colours are used, we have a cleanroom. This provides environmental control to reduce contamination, certified to ISO 14644-1:2015 Class 8.

Rubber is notoriously difficult to manufacture in colours other than black, not least because carbon black is used as a key ingredient in many compounds (to strengthen the material). With such a range of unusual and vivid shades now available, we are able to offer a finished product that is not blighted by black specks – so we also have in place a filtered positive pressure room to ensure that your colours remain pure.
