Adam’s wealth of experience in manufacturing industry and management, combined with a passion for engineering and problem-solving, encapsulates the company’s collective ethos.
He has been with the business since 1988 and is one of the Directors of this family business, reporting to the Board on all operational matters. Having built and lead the Senior Management group within Martin’s, he remains active in support of the senior staff, albeit now taking a step back from the front line in his new role.
