Head of Brand and Engagement Strategy
Claire has responsibility for the strategic marketing strategy of the business and its execution, including brand management and all promotional activity. With a qualification and life-long interest in behavioural psychology, she has also taken on the role of engagement strategy, ensuring that every experience with Martin’s Rubber, whether supplier, customer, employee or neighbour, is positive and beneficial to all parties.
Claire has been with the Company since 2006 and in that time has developed a deep understanding of the rubber industry and the markets that we service, holding roles from Head of Sales and Technical teams through to Marketing Manager.
